Area Decontamination
Automated Area Decontamination is the new frontier in infection control and we are pleased to represent one of the leaders in the field, Saniswiss from Switzerland. We offer Saniswiss Automate ( the fogging or fumigation machine) and its automatic and reproducible airborne disinfection solves the physical limitation of the operators (invisible pathogens and hard to reach surfaces) by spreading a dry-mist across the room. Saniswiss offers two different formulations to be used with the device – preventive option for routine use of the machine and a curative option for potential outbreaks, respectively Sanitizer Automate P (6 % of boosted Hydrogen Peroxide) and Sanitizer Automate C (12 % of boosted Hydrogen Peroxide). Both the products are eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-allergenic, and leave no residue – all without generating antimicrobial resistance. Having successfully worked with a number of hospitals in Oman during emergencies and scheduled disinfection situations, we have the expertise and know-how for the implementation of Automated Area Decontamination solutions. Automate
Saniswiss Automate (diffuser, fogging or fumigation) device is at the heart of our area decontamination product range. Unlike traditional fumigation devices, Automate uses a venturi-system to achieve aerosolization of the H202 solution. This system of delivery produces microparticles of 4µ in size which ensures homogenous distribution of the disinfectant solution to every nook and cranny of a room. An average room can be disinfected within 5-10 minutes and will be ready for use less than an hour after completion of 30 min of contact time. The room can be used immediately after ventilation of the volume. It leaves no trace, does not wet, it is safe for surfaces or electronic equipment. Saniswiss automate can cover upto 350 square meters in a single cycle and for larger areas, we offer Saniswiss automate supercharged that can decontaminate areas upto 7000 square meters at a time. We are also able to provide hospitals with built-in customized solutions as part of their critical area infrastructure. The machine is virtually maintenance-free and we offer replacement standby machines to customers who are on a support contract.
Sanitizer Automate C
Saniswiss Automate C has been specifically developed for dealing with outbreaks in hospitals and healthcare settings. Saniswiss Automate P is 12% boosted Hydrogen peroxide and 94% super-ionized water. After application, the active ingredient reverts back into water and oxygen leaving virtually no residues on surfaces or in the air. No harmful side-effects, no toxicity, no disposal precautions and ease of handling make this new silver-free airborne sanitizer a truly effective disinfectant for daily use. Automate P has a broad spectrum of efficacy covering bacteria, fungi, viruses and spores. Saniswiss Automate P is eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-allergenic, and leave no residue without generating germ resistance. We have deployed Saniswiss area decontamination technology in several outbreaks in Oman including MERS coronavirus (MERS-CoV) during 2019.
